Max is an Associate Attorney with AWD. A Massachusetts native, Max earned his B.A. in English from Creighton University, graduating summa cum laude, before obtaining his law degree from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
In law school, Max contributed to the newest edition of Arizona Civil Remedies, co-authored a scholarly article on public health law, and received two CALI Awards in Land Use and Debtor/Creditor Law. He also gained practical experience across a range of legal areas, including litigation, real estate, and transactional work, by working in multiple private and public law offices. Max draws on this diverse experience to craft solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Max enjoys following the Boston Red Sox, exploring Arizona’s outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
