Attorney Jason Bliss knows property law. He helped us release a mechanic’s lien that was wrongly applied on our home. He advised us on writing demand letters and serving them on the contractor, which eventually got us a reasonable and amicable settlement offer. Thus we avoided a costly legal battle. I have used AWD Law in the past to explain some legalize on some land in Sedona that I purchased to build on and they did a wonderful job.
